The underlying skeletal structure is proportional and shows a good basic knowledge of anatomy, but your sense of the underlying muscles are lacking, especially in the side view. The biggest problem is the size of the buttocks and the waist in the side view - the waist is far too thin and the bottom of the buttock ends halfway down the thigh when it should only end just a little below the pelvis shown in the frontal view.

Try thickening out the chest and waist area to extend a little beyond your subject's elbow. The curve of the spine is correct but it is far too forward on the figure and throws her off balance. Give the organs in her abdomen a bit more breathing room to sit and settle!

In your frontal view, the shoulders and chest are rendered too thick and the lines connecting her neck to the collarbone are set too wide. Those lines should actually extend from the back of her jaw down to the center. The shoulders may also be a little too broad for the width of her hips, and her waistline in the frontal view is too low. Raise the indent of her waist up just a bit.
